Australian Financial Complaints Authority

  • Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is a free consumer service designed to handle complaints and help resolve problems between insurance brokers and other financial services providers and their clients. AFCA provides support to help resolve problems quickly and efficiently, without having to resort to costly litigation.
  • IA Life via Insure Me Now Pty Ltd subscribes to AFCA and are current participating members.

Life Insurance Code of Practice

  • The Life Insurance Code of Practice (the Code) is administered and monitored by the FOS.
  • The intent of the Code is to raise service standards for customers by setting out the minimum standards to be upheld by code adoptees
  • IA Life where applicable has adopted and supports the Code
